In short
Entilini Operations (RF) (Pty) Ltd collects personal information in order to operate Chapman's Peak Drive: the toll and Frequent User systems, road safety and incident management, and responses to enquiries.
Providing your information is voluntary, but some of it is necessary — a Frequent User account cannot be operated without a name, contact details and vehicle registration.
Information is not sold, and is shared only as set out in the Privacy Policy.
You may ask what is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, or complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za.
Where to read the detail
The full Privacy Policy on this site sets out what is collected, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how it is secured. The PAIA Manual sets out how to formally request a record.
Demo concept — not yet in force
This document is drafted to the correct structure but contains fields that only the operator can supply — company registration details, the appointed Information Officer, and the addresses on record. These appear in square brackets. It must be completed and reviewed by the operator's attorney before publication. Nothing here constitutes legal advice.
